Rahim Mawji graduated from Harvard College where he majored in Applied Mathematics and minored in Sociology. He is currently working with education and energy initiatives in West and East Africa. While at Harvard, he served as president of the African Students Association, interned in financial services in New York, studied with mystics in Indonesia, researched at a leadership academy in South Africa, worked with an energy developer in Ghana, and taught in China. He aspires to help develop and deploy talent and capacity in Africa, and to build educational and economic bridges between Africa, the East, and the West. Rahim is 23 years old and from Kenya and Tanzania.
