Max Seunik studied Public Health and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead-Cain Scholar. Currently based in Kampala, he is leading a national study on political accountability across Uganda with Yale-based Innovations for Poverty Action. Through his work in Y20, he has negotiated on behalf of Canada at the G20, presented research at the United Nations, and advised the Rwandan Minister of Health. Looking ahead, he is eager to build a stronger global consensus on unified approaches to development policy. Max is 23 years old and from Canada.
