Lucienne Oyer is a senior majoring in Economics at Stanford University. She is completing an honors thesis on Chinese overseas infrastructure development, and conducted fieldwork for the project in Ghana. The past two summers, Lucy worked in infrastructure investment banking at Goldman Sachs, and for the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. On campus, she administers over 80 policy fellowships as Vice Chair of Stanford in Government and is a member of Stanford’s competitive Debate Society. Lucy hopes to use her time at Schwarzman to deepen her knowledge of Chinese international economic engagement in preparation for a career in business and economic policy-making. Lucy is 21 years old and from the United States.
