Jesse Caemmerer graduated with a Bachelor degree in Politics and International Relations from Santa Clara University. He won a Rotary Global Scholarship to complete a Master degree in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University, graduating top of his class. As a Schwarzman Scholar, he will study China’s foreign policy process to prepare for an academic career in Sino-United States military-security relations. Jesse works as a Research Analyst at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, focusing on irregular warfare and Asia-Pacific security. He co-founded the Dili Education Club in Timor-Leste, and is a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies Young Leaders Program. Jesse is 22 years old and from the United States of America.
