Elliot Ji will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Quantitative Science from Emory University in May 2019. He has been interested in China’s internet regulation and legal institutions and has conducted in-depth research while doing research fellowship and internship at the Brookings Institution’s China Center, Emory’s Center for Law and Social Sciences, and the Carter Center China Program. He is one of the two recipients of Emory’s Robert W. Woodruff Dean’s Achievement Scholarship in 2017. At Schwarzman College, Elliot is eager to investigate China’s government transparency and legal reform initiatives by doing fieldwork in China. Elliot is 21 years old, from Plainsboro, New Jersey in the United States.
