Angela Chen recently graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania studying economics with a concentration in Health Care Management. Elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, an academic honor society, and a Joseph Wharton Scholar, Angela has jointly led the creation of a public health initiative in West Philadelphia while also conducting research on hospital charity care. As a Schwarzman Scholar, Angela looks forward to studying healthcare challenges within China from medical and economic perspectives. Eventually, equipped with knowledge acquired through graduate medical and business studies, Angela hopes to tackle health inequity on a global scale. Angela is 22 years old and from the United States of America.
