This course will examine the defining characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship in China, providing students with an understanding of why China has been highly successful in more and more sectors in innovation and entrepreneurship. Lectures will focus on the institutional environment, government policies and strategies surrounding innovation and entrepreneurship in China and will also provide an introductory overview of industry fundamentals and best practices.
