Po-Wei (Andrew) Chen is a Business Developer at Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, technologies, and services. Outside of work, he is a dedicated member of student government and works with Taiwan's Small-and-Medium Sized Enterprises to advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Previously, he served as Commissioner for the Youth Affairs Commission in Taipei City Government, giving impetus to Taipei’s Tourism and CSR policy. During an internship at the China-Africa Business Council, he was responsible for the charity project “Increasing Love, Decreasing AIDS” supported by UNAIDS, CADFUND, and CSAF. In 2016, Andrew joined the Global Exchange Mobilizer program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, studying Public Policy and received his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Andrew is 26 years old and from Taiwan, China.
