Nicole Ching graduated in Classics from UCL and read for a MSc in Anthropology at Oxford. Her diverse experience in the arts includes working for Sotheby’s, Cambridge’s Fitzwilliam Museum, and writing for ArtAsiaPacific. Influenced by her time working with the Long Museum, Shanghai, Nicole co-founded conference platform Museum 2050 to help explore and unlock the potential of China’s private museums. A strong advocate for arts curriculum in the Chinese education system, Nicole hopes to use her time as a Schwarzman Scholar to initiate more fluid conversation between international art institutions and China. Nicole is 22 years old and from Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
