Darren Touch is the son of war refugees from Cambodia and developed a unique perspective about the importance of evidence-based, people-focused public policy. He is a graduate from the University of Ottawa in Political Science and Public Administration, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia. Darren is a TD Scholar for Community Leadership, and has been a student representative at both universities. To support Cambodia’s development, Darren is keen on returning to Cambodia and supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia’s advancement on key policy issues such as Chinese investment in Cambodia and the education system. Darren is 23 years old and from Canada.
