Chrystal Thomas is a recent graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, where she majored in biological sciences. She is both an Andrew Carnegie Society Scholar and a Gates Millennium Scholar. Chrystal is the founder of Colors@CMU, an organization that promotes open and honest racial dialogue amongst the Carnegie Mellon community. In the long-term, she hopes to bridge underserved communities and governmental representatives in the realm of public health on both a domestic and international scale. Chrystal is 21 years old and from the United States.
