Voting and Campaigning

This course is designed to acquaint scholars with the central themes and issues in the study of voting and campaigning in national elections.   While the majority of examples will be from US elections, the course is designed to acquaint scholars with the general principles of elections applicable in other countries.

Note: this is a preliminary outline that will be updated with more work on the strains in the US and the EU over trade, immigration and terrorism.
