Strategic Management of Public Organizations

This course will offer an introduction to the strategic management of public organizations. Lectures will focus on major concepts, theories and best practices of management, while also illustrating the value created by these organizations as they deliver services to the public. Students will have the opportunity to refine their decision-making and managerial skills, which will prepare them for leadership positions in both the public and private sector.
